Agent Teams
Agent Teams is the default mode of ADDP. Teammates are complete, autonomous Claude Code sessions with their own context window and Bash access - real parallel development.
How it works
The team lead creates a team and assigns tickets as tasks. ADDP then launches real teammate processes that work autonomously: read ticket, write tests, implement, build, test, and commit.
3 agent types
| Type | Role |
|---|---|
| Implementation | Writes tests and code, builds and commits |
| Review | Checks code quality, tests, and acceptance criteria |
| Research | Researches dependencies and APIs |
Subagent fallback
When Agent Teams is not available, ADDP automatically uses the subagent fallback. The orchestrator handles build, test, and commit - same result, just a different orchestration mode.
