MergeVerify Hook

After a git merge, the MergeVerify hook scans all changed files for merge conflict markers. If markers are found, the hook fails and prevents broken code in the repository.

Why it matters

Forgotten merge markers are a common source of errors - especially when agents merge automatically. MergeVerify ensures that no code with unresolved conflicts ends up in the repository.
