Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Important notice: The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed awareness that consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

When purchasing our digital products, you expressly agree during the ordering process that we may begin performance of the contract (provision of the download) immediately and confirm your awareness that your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance.

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@addp.dev, and we will refund the full purchase price.
